Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the Tendlyra mobile application (the “App”). Tendlyra is a companion for organizing your own wellness routines and health-related records. Questions or requests concerning this policy can be sent to valmontmarketing@gmail.com.
1. Information you choose to enter
Depending on the features you use, the App may handle your name or profile preferences, medication names and routines, dose logs, meals and nutrition records, weight and progress entries, symptoms and check-ins, appointment notes, photos, and other information you enter. This can be sensitive health-related information. You control what you choose to record.
2. How Tendlyra uses information
The App uses your entries to display timelines, personal summaries, reminders, and other features you request. Tendlyra does not provide diagnoses, prescribe medication, calculate medication doses for you, or replace professional medical judgment.
3. Storage, backup, and device access
Tendlyra is designed around on-device recordkeeping. Some features may offer encrypted exports, imports, device-level storage, or backups through services you enable, such as Apple's iCloud. Information you place in your device backup or iCloud is also governed by your Apple account settings and Apple's policies. Deleting the App does not automatically delete every backup you may have created elsewhere.
4. Optional integrations and image processing
If you authorize an Apple Health integration, Tendlyra may read the specific health data categories you permit in order to show them in your own records. You can revoke permission through your device settings. Health data obtained through HealthKit is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertising data brokers.
Optional photo or nutrition-estimation features, if enabled, may transmit the images or information you expressly submit to a service that processes the request. Do not upload images that contain information you do not want processed. If a feature requires remote processing, its availability and the particular provider should be disclosed in the App before the feature is enabled.
5. Subscriptions and service providers
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription payments. Tendlyra uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and access. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, transaction records, technical identifiers, and related account information according to their own privacy policies. Tendlyra does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
6. Notifications and permissions
With your permission, the App can send reminders and request access to features such as the camera, photo library, and other device services only as needed for the functions you choose. You may change device permissions in iOS Settings. Notifications shown on a shared or unlocked device may reveal information you have configured in reminders.
7. Retention, export, and deletion
Records stored on your device can be managed using the App's available data-management features. If you export or back up records, you are responsible for separately deleting copies kept outside the App. Apple manages App Store transaction histories and subscription records under its applicable retention practices. You can request privacy assistance by emailing us.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards suited to the features provided, but no device, storage system, or transmission is completely secure. Third-party service providers may process limited information in other countries subject to their own security and legal requirements.
9. Children and changes to this policy
Tendlyra is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a service operated by us, please contact us. We may update this policy when features or processing practices change; the effective date at the top identifies the current version.
