Terms of Use

The terms for using Tendlyra, including Apple subscriptions, trials, and important wellness disclaimers.

Effective date: October 15, 2026

By downloading or using Tendlyra (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the App. Questions can be directed to valmontmarketing@gmail.com.

1. Wellness tool, not medical advice

Tendlyra helps you organize personal wellness information. It is not a medical device, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. No content or calculation in the App should be used to select, change, delay, or stop a prescribed medication or dose. Follow your clinician's directions and contact a qualified professional with medical questions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

2. Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for confirming any information before using it outside the App. Summaries, estimates, meal information, trend calculations, and optional photo-based results can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as clinical advice. Keep independent copies of records you need to retain.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

Tendlyra offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple App Store account. The initial U.S. subscription prices configured for the App are US$9.99 per month and US$59.99 per year. The price shown by Apple's purchase confirmation for your region is controlling.

Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer within a subscription group. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, Apple will begin charging the selected subscription price. If no trial is available, Apple will show the amount due before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple's applicable policies.

4. Permissions and optional features

Some features require device permissions or third-party services. You may deny permissions, but related features may be unavailable. Optional integrations can change or become unavailable over time. You must have appropriate rights to upload any photo or other content you submit.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use Tendlyra only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with security, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, exploit bugs, or misuse third-party integrations. The App, visual design, and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Availability and warranties

We aim to maintain a useful and secure experience, but do not promise error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, or that estimates and records will always be complete. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Changes and termination

We may change features or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may restrict misuse of the App, subject to applicable law. Subscription billing and cancellation remain managed through Apple.

8. Apple's standard terms

These terms apply together with any applicable Apple App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent applicable.
